For every agent you refer to the company (there is no limit), you will receive a 10% override on all gross commissions of the agents you referred minus a 5% admin fee.
Example: If an agent you referred brings in a $1 0,000 commission check, you will receive $1,000 minus a 5% admin fee, leaving you with a payout of $950.00. This is for every check your referee brings in (up to their $18,000 cap) for as long as you're with Urbove.
When you refer three agents on the $100 a month plan, your monthly fees will be cut in half to $50/mo. (must maintain 3 agents)
When you refer five agents on the $100 a month plan, you will pay zero fees. (must maintain 5 agents)
New agents who join Urbove within 365 days of obtaining their license, and close their first deal within 90 days of signing their contract with us, will have whatever they paid for school refunded to them along with their first commission payout. (Verified receipt is required.)
